What I say: I enjoyed the second book in the trilogy just as much as the first Oryx & Crake. Where the first book follows a lead male character this novel focuses more on the two main women who survived the pandemic. I love love apocalyptic novels for some weird reason and this book had me riveted. Though longer than I wanted due to the fact that I’m trying to power through 50 books this year I thoroughly enjoyed this one and am utterly obsessed with Margaret Atwood and love her style of writing.
