I found the most amazing breakfast mug cake recipe in the February issue of Oxygen Magazine.
I tested it out last night just in case so I didn’t ruin my breakfast Tuesday morning. It was amazing! I didn’t add any dried cranberries as I didn’t have any but threw in some frozen fruit this morning and a dash of real maple syrup and it was divine!
The only thing I subbed out was 1/3 cup of oat flour. I used 1/4 cup of coconut flour instead.
This helped me knock out an amazing back & chest workout:
Rope Lat Pull Down: 4 sets, 12 reps
Cable Chest Presh: 3 sets, 12 reps
Pull Ups: 3 sets, 10 reps
Push Ups: 3 sets, 10 reps
Inclined Chest Press: 3 sets, 10 reps
Dumbbell Back Row: 3 sets, 12 reps
