My Hippy Shake Recipe

So right now I’m drinking 3 protein shakes a day to grow my little muscles. I’ve been drinking a Whey Isolate as it’s an easy mix powder but have noticed my digestion having problems.

So I’ve switched one of my shakes back to my “Hippy Shake”. The boyfriend calls it a Hippy Shake because of all the natural, holistic ingredients.

1 Cup of Unsweetened Chocolate Almond Milk

1 Tbsp Aloe Vera Juice

1 Tbsp Silica Gel

1 Tbsp Black Maca Powder

1 Tsp Bee Pollen

1 Scoop of Vega Chocolate or Progressive Vegan Protein

1 Tbsp Lemon flavoured Fish Oil

1 Tsp Glutamine

1 Scoop of BCAA powder

1 Tsp Chlorella

Blend w/ Ice and Chug!

  2. Yup I’ve been drinking this shake and changing up the ingredients since Nutrition Workshop from last May’s Hourglass Workout, watching your first episode of Body Fuel and reading recipes on Vega’s website!
