This Recipe is c/o one of my fitness model friend’s Gule.

6 Scoops of Chocolate Protein Powder (you can use any kind or flavour)
2 Tablespoons of Brown Flax Seed
1 Cup of the Following Mix:
Sunflower Seeds, Pumpkin Seeds, Hulled Hemp Seeds, Chia Seeds
1 Cup of Oatmeal
1/2 Cup of Crushed Almonds
5 Tablespoons of Almond Butter (I tried it w/ Cashew Butter last time I made them)
1 Cup of Water
1 Long Squirt of Agave Nectar or Organic Honey
1 Tsp of Vanilla Extract
Coat a Rectangular Baking Pan with Coconut Oil or Pam (if you’re feeling lazy)
Set the Oven @ 350F. Bake for 10 mins. Cut into bars while still warm.
Pack in ziplock baggies or saran wrap and put in the fridge until ready to eat.
