I had just been diagnosed with multiple sclerosis (MS). It was December 2014. I had launched myself into hours and hours of research and I was open to trying everything and anything. I found myself at a holistic treatment centre in downtown Toronto sitting across from the owner. His wife had been diagnosed with an illness and he had searched high and low for alternative treatments for her care. He had discovered unique treatments popular in Europe and Asia and had brought them over to Canada. I was fortunate enough to receive treatments there but the most powerful support were 5 words the owner said. He looked me in the eyes and said “I know you’ll heal yourself.” And it solidified that there wasn’t a doubt in my mind that I would. He not only spoke belief for me but he supported my belief that I knew I could heal myself. Maybe you’ll let me do the same for you.
What does healing mean?
If you’ve been hanging out with me online for years, you’ll know I love a good word definition. According to a dictionary, the definition of healing means “the process of making or becoming sound or healthy again.”
For me, I knew I would live the rest of my life with multiple sclerosis. But did I have to live a poor quality of life? NO WAY. Did I have to fear this disease progressing to a point where I’d be experiencing disability or daily symptoms? NOT IF I COULD HELP IT.
I have lived with MS now for 8 years and every single year, I would consider myself healthy. I believe MS is the health sidekick I needed to teach me how to take different care for myself than I was before. In turn, I believe I would never have to worry about this diagnosis affecting me or slowly me down.

Each class with cover personally what I’ve done in each area of my life to feel empowered, where I go to for answers and a list of healthy lifestyle habits that you can pick and choose from. We’ll also discuss how to prioritize which area of your life to focus on so you don’t get overwhelmed.
Why are you recommending breathwork sessions once a week?
Did you know that stress management is actually one of the most powerful things we can do for our healing. I’ve had immense breakthroughs in things that I’m dealing with during breathwork sessions that I’ve never experienced even though I’m a huge fan of talk therapy. I call one breathwork session the equivalent of 10 talk therapy sessions.
We provide many tips and tricks to incorporate healthy habits into your lifestyle. If you watch all recordings and do the breathwork sessions and do not feel empowered in your healing journey you might be considered for a full refund of your purchase price.
