Definition of an Alpha Female
An Alpha Female is a powerful and assertive woman. Her confidence is due to being an intelligent and intellectual problem-solver. Being an Alpha Female is a State of Mind based on choosing ambition and being proud of it. She strives for a happy and healthy work/life harmony.
She is the brightest star in her constellation. When an Alpha Female stays true to their authentic selves and their missions they shine. An Alpha Female puts herself first. She knows that work/life harmony is found by staying true to your priorities and what makes you happy. She is never complacent about striving for better and nurtures relationships with all the people in her life.

She is the founder of Orion’s Method and the host of the popular podcast Stellar Life. She helps women to truly love themselves, elevate confidence, ignite their passion and create a sense of freedom ease and flow.
What do you think of the definition and how are you an Alpha Female?
An Alpha woman is a trailblazer. She is a leader who is driven to follow her heart and her dreams. She is conscious of her world and her environment. People look up to her for guidance. She does not need to explain who she is, because it is enough for her to know herself. By knowing and accepting herself, she is viewed as an Alpha by others.
What does work/life harmony look like for you?
On a perfect day I will train my body, eat well, be super productive in my business and have special time with my husband and my cat. Not every day is as “perfect” but I do the best I can and I’m ok with my perfect imperfections J.
Mindfulness and planning ahead of time really helps with getting the most out of your day. Reminding yourself of your values and priorities is essential, because it will determine whether or not you will take an action. It is very important to hold your vision if front of you every day, so you will awaken the desire to do the right things.
Share with us a time when work/life balance was out of whack? What was your aha moment that taught you it was ok to take care of yourself first?
I just came back from Atlanta, where I was auditioning for TV producers. I over-stressed myself (don’t do that!), I didn’t sleep at night (don’t do that either). I hardly ate (don’t do that too). The aha moment happened a couple days after I returned from Atlanta and I felt depleted and I was trying to figure out why I felt that. I realized I should have taken better care of myself and I wasn’t walking my talk. It should have done some meditations for stress reduction, eaten better and used EFT (tapping) before I went to sleep. Also going to the gym would have been a good idea. These are all tools I use and I know how to use but they didn’t occur to me when I was under pressure.
What are you most passionate about?
I’m passionate about my brilliant man, my family, and the work I do in the world. As a lifelong learner, I’m also very passionate about learning and expanding. I love the breakthroughs that happen for my clients: they gain confidence and power, they feel beautiful from the inside out and they attract their soulmate. I help women release the past and awaken their inner goddess — that part of them that is unapologetically sexy, juicy and alive. When a woman is connected with her true essence and falls in love with the person she sees in the mirror, she attracts more love and abundance to her life.
I’m passionate about Stellar Life Podcast. I get to interview the most amazing people on the planet and it is very rewarding. I’m also very passionate about traveling. I lived in Japan for 3.5 years and I traveled to over 34 countries.
How do you nourish yourself?
Sometimes nourishing myself is the simple act of taking a big belly breath. Sometimes it is becoming present to all the good I have in my life. My method Orion’s Method is about seeing yourself as a whole and nourishing all expects of yourself. I nourish myself physically, mentally, and spiritually; physically through exercise and good nutrition, mentally thought mind hacking techniques, attending seminars, reading books and having spiritual and business mentors and coaches. I nourish my consciousness though meditation and take care of my emotional world by connecting with my family and friends.
What is your weekly fitness routine like?
I don’t have one now because I’m still recovering from a painful wrist and shoulder injury, but usually 3 times a week I lift weights. I love dancing and pole dancing. And I used to do martial arts: MMA, Aikido and Krav Maga
What are your daily habits for winding down at night and reducing stress?
Chilling with my cat is very calming. Sometimes I will use guided meditation or self-hypnosis, I love reading books and disconnecting from electronics before I go to bed. I also call my Mother and my sister in Israel almost every day before I go to sleep.
What are some pain points of being an Alpha Female that you have to problem solve for?
It can be challenging to live BIG because it can intimidate people who want to keep you in THEIR comfort zone. You need to go for it regardless. Also, Alpha women need to understand gentle leadership especially in a relationship. In order to create polarity in a relationship an Alpha women who wants to be with a strong man needs to learn to allow her man to lead and feel like her hero. She needs to learn to let herself be held and to make sure that she is not emasculating her man, which can lead to a breakdown in the connection and in the relationship.
What is your definition of happiness?
A child can find a shell on the beach and be overly joyful. The little child has no expectation for the size of the shell or the value of it. She does not expect others to play with her while enjoying the shell or for them to admire her shell and give her acknowledgement or validation about finding the best shell on the beach. This child is experiencing true happiness. She is in a place of imagination and endless possibilities. She has unlimited appreciation for that little thing.
The keys to happiness are to be in the moment, present to the abundance that life holds without expectations and with a sense of gratitude. Happiness is also having faith and believing in a higher power and in the idea that no matter where you are or how you feel, things can change for the better. The act of giving is known to release “feel good” hormones in both the giver and the receiver, so if you want to be happy, make someone else happy.
