What is your definition of happiness?
Happiness to me is not so much a tangible emotion as much as it is an underlying sense of ease. It is the feeling of being in alignment with the flow of life. Happiness stems from the awareness of the connection between yourself and the entire world around you. When you are aware of that intricate connection and trust that life is always happening for you, not to you, everything gets easier. I feel the most connected and at ease when I spend time in nature with my dogs. That to me is always a reminder of how simple it can be to find happiness every day.
