A while back, I posted a facebook status asking for blog topics and I really liked the idea of talking about what to do for active rest days. My active rest day is Sunday. I spend Monday – Saturday in the gym doing twice a days and although I love my rest day I still need to stay slightly active.

Some things I love to do or would love to try are:

I love the walk to the grocery store for meal prep day

A rollerblade down by the Beaches is awesome

Walk around Kensington Market

Take a free yoga class at Lululemon

Go for a hike

Go for a bike ride
