5 Personal Development Podcasts I Can’t Get Enough Of

I’ve previously shared my top 5 personal development podcasts on the blog…

but then I found MORE!

So without further ado here are 5 more self-development podcasts I simply adore and recommend to anyone in love with podcasts or just discovering them for the first time.

The Lively Show

Description: The Lively show is a weekly podcast designed to uplift, inspire, & add a little extra intention to your everyday. Episodes touch on various aspects of our lives including possessions, personal habits, relationships, and career. Entrepreneurship and online business also appear from time to time.

Why I Like It: I adore Jess’s voice. She sounds super sweet and like a girlfriend is just chatting with you. I love her thoughtful interviews and her monthly favourites allow you to get to know her better. I truly adore her fascination with intuition and Values and worthiness and how it’s interwoven through her work.

Radio Headspace

Description: Inspiration for a healthier, happier life. Hosted by Georgie Okell.

Why I Like It: I discovered this podcast during their “add one thing” series about how we can add one thing to the world and change everything. I love that they tackle so many different things from adding value to the world to giving up time to being more mindful. This podcast is the creation of my favourite meditation app Headspace so I love this extension of their business.

Good Life Project

Description: Inspirational, unfiltered conversations and stories about finding meaning, happiness, purpose, inspiration, creativity, motivation, spirituality, love, confidence and success in life. From iconic world-shakers to everyday people, every story matters.

Why I Like It: I love the thoughtful interviews by Jonathan Fields. He has a calm voice and he speaks with intention and purpose. I’m also really enjoying the round table sessions where is invites 2 guest on to riff about different thoughts and has them on for 1 – 3 episodes. The very last question in every interview is to discover what living a good life means to the guest and I love hearing all the many answers. It’s a similar thought to why I ask each of my guests on the Alpha Female podcast to tell me what happiness means to them!

The Robin Sharma Mastery Sessions

Description: The premier podcast for those who want to Lead Without a Title, get more done faster, and become true game changers in both business and life.

Why I Like It: It’s bite size morsels of Robin Sharma. Each episode is less than 10 mins long so really easy to take in without committing a lot of time to a podcast.

Earn Your Happy Podcast

Description: Get all the inside secrets and tools you need to help you bust through your fears, connect to your soul and get focused and clear so you can elevate your life, business and relationships… Listen in as Lori Harder, founder of the Bliss Project, 3X time fitness world champion, fitness expert and cover model, turned self love junkie – lifestyle entrepreneur and author digs in shares the goods! Each episode is designed to give you the tools, ideas, and inspiration to take action in your life. Tune in for an inspirational guest, a story or a “quickie” of motivation to get you out of a funk or blast you even further on your rockstar journey! Stop waiting until you are happy and go out and earn it! I promise to make sure we have some fun along the way – you can’t take this life too serious. It’s time to fall in love with the process and take back your control!

Why I Like It: I’ve known Lori for a while through social media as we are both a part of the fitness industry and it seems like we both developed a love for self help, self love and self development at the same time. I love her energetic interviews and quickie episodes that last usually around 5 minutes. If you’re looking for inspiration in your happiness journey this is a definite must listen!
